Climate change in action. SO freaky early to be in full bloom. There was some forsythia in bloom at the end of January and beginning of February at the Liz Christy Garden on Houston and Bowery that gets full sun. This is really disconcerting if you are older and recall forsythia was just budding and barley blooming at Easter which is why they call it the Easter flower.
ReplyDeleteEaster is next week - not so early, then.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, BTW!
The date of Easter fluctuates. April 9th is on the early side.
ReplyDeleteStill forsythia and cherry blossoms are inordinately early this year.
Welcome to climate change.
I love this building. It is so quintessentially Dutch. Reminds of being in Amsterdam.
