Summer scheduling: Lucy's returns after Aug. 10

After service on Saturday night, Lucy's (aka Blanche's Lucy's Tavern) is now on its (customary) summer break...
See you back on Aug. 11 here at 135 Avenue A between St. Mark's Place and Ninth Street.

    I’ve always loved the elegant, pink lettering on the ‘Lucys’ sign. The only question is how the missing apostrophe ended up down the street on Discount Liquors’s ‘Champagne’s’ sign.
