I believe the Union Square Holiday market is a travesty where as commercialism takes over a public park during the entire holiday season just to sell more stuff, I guess there’s not enough stores in Manhattan, we needed more. Isn’t a public park meant for the people not a handful of merchandisers who turn the park into another store and what once was a nice holiday into a frenzy of buying more and more stuff. Crass commercialism is ruining our holiday our city and our lives.
ReplyDeleteDon’t shop there.
and a good bit of it is junk or at least tacky stuff. I can't stand it taking over the park
