The store, which also has a location on West 45th Street (as well as an anime lab in Brooklyn), is known for its discounted books, DVDs, CDs, video games, video consoles, manga, J-pop, etc. They will also buy the products above.
The 45th Street outpost is three levels. We're not sure how much retail space they're taking here, the previous Vitamin Shoppe.

Great! They are the only store I know off where you can get reasonable prices on used Criterion DVD's.

Very close to the Strand.
While wonderful to have another bookshop, concerned about impact on Strand.
In the meantime, many other areas with no bookshops….
I wonder if this location will also compete with 2nd Street, Book Off in Japan also sells 2nd hand clothes, baby items and luxury goods
East Village Books on St Marks Place has lots of used Criterion DVDs and Blu-Ray too
