    Marte is right. The City of Yes is a give away to developers. The buildings going up will not only destroy the idea of neighborhood in the city but the apartments will be co-ops for the higher income or market rate rentals with very few apartments for low/moderate income renters/buyers. This will be. a mess for years to come for the EV. Our properties are inexpensive compared to the rest of the city. And low rise making cheaper for demolition. And since we have weak leadership... God, knows what will happen to us.
