This will be the brand's third Manhattan outpost. The company describes itself as "New York's ultimate Belgian Chocolate dessert destination."

Chocolate Dip takes over for the short-lived Mr. Kim, a tattoo and piercing studio. Previously, WAGA, which sold handmade goods primarily from West Africa, was here for 22 years.
