Anyone remember when that French guy was making the most wonderful crepes in the front corner of the William Barnacle Bar? Buckwheat crepes with fresh fruit, whipped cream, a tiny pinch of fresh ground pepper! I wish I knew if and where he was making crepes today.
Hell yeah, those were amazing. The buckwheat ham and cheese crepe was great.
