About the art that has been up on the fence for a few weeks along Second Street at Second Avenue...outside the currently stalled development

  1. Hopefully they keep ownership in the family, so to speak, and let the space become another neighborhood staple instead of a soulless cash grab designed for TikTok.

  2. Resist development....and preserve homes? Therein lies the rub. We need development to create homes. In fact it's the knee jerk reaction against any and all development throughout New York City that's the chief culprit behind our housing shortage.
