ReplyDeleteMore animal cruelty for human vanity. Breeding Scottish Fold cats is considered cruel by many veterinary organizations because the genetic mutation responsible for their folded ears causes a progressive, painful disease called osteochondrodysplasia.

DeleteThere are many more King Charles Cavalier dogs on the streets—naturally, dogs are more visible than cats—and every last one is born with a heart defect as a breed characteristic. This is a PSA urging people to PLEASE adopt a mutt from your local shelter; you'll be saving a life.
