ReplyDeleteI don't blame her. This sticky heat is unbearable. Summer is truly insufferable for many.
ReplyDeleteEV Grieve featured a topless young woman from PA during 2011 or 2012 or 2013 (correct me if I am mistaken) where she walked around the EV with no top. Many did a double take. She frequented businesses too. I believe her approach was since males are permitted to walk without a shirt, so can women, which is protected by NYC law. I wonder whatever happened to her.
