From last evening... when the sunset seemed to throw a little bit of everything into the mix.
And as you likely know, a nor'easter is expected to bring heavy rain, strong winds and coastal flooding to the area this weekend.

Conditions around New York City, much of the upper mid-Atlantic and southern New England regions will fluctuate during the storm, and there is the potential of becoming complacent. Because of tidal cycles, coastal flooding will vary from hour to hour. However, where winds flip more to the east later Saturday night to Sunday, water levels could surge to their highest levels of the entire storm...

If you had an outdoor event planned, assume it was canceled... for instance: All Harvest Arts Festival events scheduled for today and tomorrow are canceled, with some activities being moved to next weekend.
