Closings: Bake Culture on St. Mark's Place

Bake Culture recently closed its outpost at 22 St. Mark’s Place between Second and Third Avenues. 

The Taiwan-based bakery chain opened here in May 2022, offering a mix of Asian and European pastries, including cakes, tarts and sweet and savory buns. 

As previously reported, Bake Culture took over the former Kimomi Pet storefront, which had been vacant since the pandemic. 

The brand continues to operate two other NYC locations, including one at 48 Bowery.
