The fifth annual Lower East Side Hispanic Heritage Festival took place yesterday at Dry Dock Park on 10th Street and Avenue D.
The afternoon featured live music, food, arts and crafts, dominoes and activities for kids. The free community event also included the Loisaida Youth Basketball Tournament, with neighborhood boys' and girls' teams taking part.
