One more day like yesterday, please

Though Saturday may have been more entertaining in Tompkins Square Park. In which the fellow kept yelling "Die. You're all idiots. Die."

  1. did this person give a reason why we're all idiots?

  2. No -- he didn't strike me as the type to provide a rationale response to his diatribe!

  3. One more day like yesterday and I will wind up in an ER. I was clipped by a very heavy backpack, knocked sideways by some fratty backing up to take a picture of his friends, and kicked on topped of my foot by a model (or wannabe) running out of a restaurant to light a cigarette.

  4. Thanks for the comment, BaHa. Yeah, there was a whole lot of stupid going on. And it wasn't really warm enough for people to be wearing white shorts and flip-flops. With a yellow sweater wrapped around the waist in case a regatta broke out.

  5. These days, a regatta-on foot--might well break out, run by this century's equivalent of England's between the wars, and equally wearing, Bright Young Things.

  6. Well, i got water dumped on me from some hipsters laughing on the roof of their building. I got revenge though-I just crossed the street, took out my camera and started snapping photos. I couldn't really get a clear pic of them, but every time they peeked their heads out I would flash away..I think I ruined their fun. By fun, I guess I mean dumping water on people walking along the street.

  7. Blurry or not, you should post the photos. Teach these kids a lesson!
