In case you missed yesterday's street fair on Second Avenue, the exact same vendors are on Broadway today

From 14th Street on down....

With the winds today, the vendors were having problems setting up their stuff...

  1. Oops. Original headline said Fourth Avenue instead of Broadway.

  2. what, do you have a problem with street fairs? why can't you just let people have their fun? next you'll be picking on puppies and sunflowers!

  3. NY street fairs are useless. they should be fun, but ultimately fail. same vendors at every fair - socks, crap food & other assorted crap.

  4. Thanks for the comment. You're right, anon. I wonder why more local merchants aren't involved. If a street fair is on, say, Second Avenue... why don'tdifferent businesses along the way put out a table with their stuff? And I wonder what local business owners think of these: A help or hindrance...

  5. Or you could have hit the same fair Sunday on Greenwich ave, or was it Saturday? There were 4 in the area this weekend, all with the same craptastic vendors selling to people who didn't live in the area, as anybody who lives in the city never shops at these shitshows.
