Very bad things: Blarney Stone still closed on Fulton Street

No sign of any activity. If my math is correct, they've been closed now for 18 days.

Previously.

  1. This is really bothering me that they are still closed with no word as to what's going on! I recently discovered Blarney Stone and really enjoyed thier delicious cheap lunches. I hope they reopen so I'm not stuck to bringing my lunch in to work with me every day.

  2. I'm with you, anon. If it was something temporary, why not just leave a note for patrons? "Closed for renovations"... or "Closed for emergency repairs." Seems really odd to me.

  3. EV: I happened to by walking by the back entrance on Ann Street on Nov. 19, and the back door was open and a few people were inside. I don't know if they were open "for business" though.

  4. Hi Brooks,

Thanks for the comment. They actually had their grand reopening tonight. Looks as if they made a few modifications. Will post the reopening photo in the morning. In any event, good news!
