Up at the Post, there's the sad story of an 81-year-old Lower East Side woman who was critically injured during a fire in her Grand Street apartment. And here's the paper's treatment of the story online...

    There's a building in Brooklyn that bears the name "Graham Home for Old Ladies" carved over the entrance.

    That the word "old" should now be politically-incorrect is further evidence that our culture is entirely too youth-obsessed.
