That eye-burning orange can't mean good things.
True... and, with that color, I saw the sticker from half-way down the block....
I walk past at least a few times a week, mostly to check on this spot, and there has been no activity to speak of since November. Not that I can see past the paper, but my hopes are not high. very sad :(
