There's a new listing for a studio apartment on Cooper Square... $530,000 and it can be all yours...

As I wait for the light at 7th St, I'm always drawn to the contrast between this ugly building and it's ugly little useless balconies and the beauty right next to it on the corner. If we're lucky, the Bowery will keep evolving and shed this wart.
