There's always that one guy in gym shorts in this kind of weather

In Tompkins Square Park a little bit ago.

  1. There is a guy who works on the crew of of a TV show I do occasionally who seems to wear shorts to work every day indoors or out.
I saw him last Monday outside in shorts.

  2. indeed. i see them, too -- at, doughnut planet, shake shack, magnolia -- you know the touristy spots. i think they do this to show people that they live in the respective neigborhoods and that their not tourists. it's a badge of residence, sort of speak

  3. And I saw two no-pants wearers today, Esquared. Was going to take a picture, but Mrs. Grieve told me that I was really creepy doing so...

  4. I see him--he dresses that way. The cold does not appear to bother him. EV Grieve--was at Ray Day at Sidewalk Cafe--posted some photos--was a great day--fun-great bands and entertainment.

  5. Walking around town in the cold, you always see the underdressed guy. What irks me most about these people is that they always seem out of everybody to be the *least* bothered by the cold. Here I am huddling and shivering away inside my massive North face while numbnuts in gym shorts and hoodie saunters down the sidewalk looking perfectly content. But I know better. Its just a front, i mean who wants to be seen as the victim of their own stupidity.
