They did.

con edison tore up 10th and 11th streets (was it river to river or just the east side?) to suppy more electric for all the new buildings.
ReplyDeletethey never repaired the street properly and uneven paving allowed stagnent water to "pool" at the curbs. con edison said it was not their fault.
why can't con edison look at the past and create a plan for the summer?
where have all the american brains excaped to?
