Jim Joe reaches new heights

We used to seeing graffiti writer Jim Joe's mark at street... like in this shot from EV Grieve reader Andrew....

...or...

Anyway, I'm not sure how long this has been up here... but I just noticed it the other day. I was standing across from 7B on Avenue B... and looked up...

  2. OK to clarify - I don't know him so I can't rally say that I hate him. I hate what he does.

  5. It's so lame. Some guy decided within the last year or so to write a name in spraypaint everywhere and you talk about it like it's so cool. Tell that faggot to get a job.

  6. I never said that it was cool. Just noting the tag on the building.

  7. Ugh. This jerk ruined a building across the street from my apartment with his lame-ass "tag". The building management either hasn't noticed it or doesn't care to pay to clean it. Muther-effer!

  8. I am going to go out on a limb here and posit that Jim Joe is NOT a faggot.

  9. Doll, didn't you get the memo that said "fag" is the new "n*gger"?

But in all seriousness, straight people are just jealous that we have our own retrovirus which keeps us skinnier and sexier than they'll ever be.

    Stick and stones ma nizzle.

  10. Above and beyond everything, I don't think we should tell Jim Joe to get a job. Job's suck and if he can get by without doing one, more power to him. Having said that, perhaps he could get a more creative hobby.

    Anonymous and ALL :
call 311 to report the graffiti and the city will contact the owner to remove it.

grieve - for once you disappoint me. I figured it would be the desperate sad 'Jeremiah Moss' who would start calling attention to Jim Joe - you know how Jeremiah would love to pretend he 'discoved' him. Jim Joe is just a sad imitation of what's been done again and again. no need to even give him a wink or a nod - leave that to the desperate to be a New Yorker Jeremiah. You're way better than that, and your bolg will keep shining look after a certain other one has vanished back into middle america. I say send nith Jim Joe and Jeremiah to Wisconsin in a sealed boxcar of stinky cheese!!!
