It's unconscionable that residents of the building, who used Bruce Morris (co-owner of the 5C Café and a pretty big guy!) to keep watch over the building as it was being renovated into livable spaces, are trying to renege on the deal they made for him to get the store space, now that 5th + Avenue C is a more desirable location.
