ReplyDeleteOh, so they'll paint over the tags but not shovel the snow-covered sidewalks?
ReplyDeleteYou're right. I actually talked to someone once about the wall and their policy seemed to be to paint it every night. Why they don't sweep or shovel every night as well is a mystery.
