ReplyDeleteThat cart is nothing... When I ate outside at Oaxaca a couple weeks ago, a cigarette butt and fiery ash fell from a roof or window above the tables and nearly landed on me and my food. I don't know if the NYU kiddies can open their windows and smoke or if they have roof access, or if the cigarette came from a floor above the restaurant, but it was scary and disgusting. If they get umbrellas I hope they don't catch on fire.
