ReplyDeleteHey 19, looks like the photographer might have raised the sepia level to achieve this tint. That might be what you are referring to. Rain can be photographed ok once you quicken the shutter speed.
ReplyDeleteI think its the quick shutter speed, that I am referring to, to catch the drops in the air like that. Often rain just looks blurry. Great pic.
