    In 2005, Mr. Wong bought this apartment for $1.25 million.

    THE CROWD Cheap cocktails mean a decidedly dressed-down collegiate crowd. There will be sandals. Women outnumbered men nearly 2 to 1 on a recent Saturday night and were uniformly chatty. Be prepared to make some new friends.
