Did anyone else just see a huge green flash over towards avenue C/D? I thought it was lightning, but that was a really odd color for lightning (and I didn't hear any thunder).

ReplyDeleteI heard an explosion and saw the flashing lights, and had a power surge. Was it the plant on D?
ReplyDeleteyes, heard and saw the same flashes of green lights and loud booms. avenue c is flooded near con ed plant so, it could be that.
