  2. A few questions from the peanut gallery for the person what asked this question:

    How many voices?

    What time?

How long did this, uh, "incident" last?

  3. Those weren't sex noises, it was Mayor Bloomberg secretly enjoying a 32 ounce sugary soft drink.

  5. My boyfriend and I live on 10th street between 1st and A and aurally witnessed the whole event. It was HILARIOUS. We were in our living room chatting and suddenly we start hearing very, VERY loud sexual noises. It sounded like someone was blasting pornography out of their window at the highest possible volume. We opened our window and it was so loud it was literally echoing down the street. At one point in the soundtrack a baby cried in the background, and someone mentioned a camera. After about 10 minutes of a man and woman grunting, panting, and a very... colorful climactic moment with very X-rated comments made by the man, the sex noises stopped and some crappy, jubilant rock song I couldn't identify was blasting from the same place (presumably), and then when the song ended, it was all over. People were laughing on the street and staring in disbelief, trying to figure out where this was coming from. We think it was 1-2 building over from us, because that's where people were pointing. Note: the building immediately to the left of our building is the Church of Christ, and my mother hypothesized that someone was doing the naughty in an office with their butt on the church PA system. Anyway, by the time we went downstairs, it was all over so I guess we'll never know. WHAT THE WHAT?! This might be weirder than the time I saw a guy on the train tried to light the crotch of his pants on fire.

  6. It was maybe around 6:30 or so. Definitely still daylight. Lasted 15 minutes, maybe a little more? It was REALLY loud, ampliphied noises with sex talk also. Sounded just like one woman and one guy. Would love to know what was going on!

  7. That was the sound of the Con Ed plant sucking down the latest rate increase from Hurricane Sandy. At least we now know that after ConEd blows you, it also swallows.

  8. Now that is surreal. I live on 10th between 1st & A and every night I used to hear ultra loud sex noises coming from the apt. above me. The girl was ultra high pitched and the guy's ultra low. It was a freakin' porno film every freakin' night. Thank god in heaven they moved. And thanks SO much for posting and letting me re-live that god awful memory.

  10. Wasn't that you, Grieve?

Last night, I believe the guy was high-pitched and the girl was low-pitched.

Anyhow, it was a little something like Kim Cattrall in Porky's. http://www.fanpop.com/clubs/kim-cattrall/videos/2005470/title/porkys-mens-locker-room

NSFW, if one is still at work.

Have a porkin' weekend, EV Grievers.

  14. I was at a party in the Theater for the City of NY building last night and residents in attendance told a story about hearing 'loud sex noises' too a few nights back ...except they're convinced it was Mr. and Mrs. James Bond!
