Verizon's freshly painted brown wall nearly lasts the weekend



We almost thought that Verizon had given up on painting over the graffiti along East 13th Street at Second Avenue ... been nearly a year ... but workers did just paint over all the tags... and this arrived during the weekend...

  2. I believe a property owner can be fined by the city if they don't make an effort to clean up graffiti.
