However, commentary that is intended to "flame" or attack, that contains violence, racist comments and potential libel will not be published. Facts are helpful.
If you'd like to make personal attacks and libelous claims against people and businesses, then you may do so on your own social media accounts. Also, comments predicting when a new business will close ("I give it six weeks") will not be approved.
Funny how a little holiday like Thanksgiving creeps up on you and without warning you come out of the cave you've dwelling in or the rock you've been sleeping under and all the restaurants are either closed or fully booked, Funny huh?

ReplyDeleteis it ethical to receive a benefit from a charity when you can (theoretically based on the failed attempt at a dinner reservation) afford to provide for yourself?
ReplyDelete@ Dr.Scientist: If you can afford to pay for your own food, you should never take a handout meant to go to those who can't. It shouldn't even be necessary to state such a thing.

ReplyDeleteYou can have a donated dinner in lieu of a booked out restaurant -sounds like a poor excuse- as long as you donate something afterwards.
