Brooklyn-based illustrator/painter Tatyana Fazlalizadeh created a new mural last Saturday on the East 12th Street side.
(And because someone will bring it up: There were reports of gunshots at this intersection on Tuesday.)

I'm so happy one of his painting is not opposite of where I live.
Love the sparkles. There is some prime empty wall space from construction begging for some sparkle in Stuyvesant Square Park.
I love his work - it's happy and positive in a sea of depressing liver-colored brick.
