Noted

An EVG reader shared this note to fellow residents from a building on Avenue A near 11th Street...

"If your apt is vibrating + noisy, please call the landlord."

So many possibilities...

  1. It might be that those vibrations are received through the antenna on the aluminum foil hat.
It might be that someone left their "personal massager" plugged in and turned on.
It might be that the rats are so big that when they scamper inside the walls the movement causes the building to vibrate.
It might be the city doing secret underground work in preparation for the Second Avenue Subway tunnel.
It might be..those damn trucks that roll through our streets, honking and braking and revving and bouncing.

  2. Actually, if their apartments are vibrating and noisy, 311 is a better call.
