    I don't understand why the NYPD makes zero effort to deal with graffiti. It is clearly getting worse and worse.

    Have you noticed who is the Mayor of New York? NYPD barely deals with crime anymore. Why would they even bother to deal with Graffiti?

    Hey "Neighbor," graffiti is art. It should be celebrated and encouraged. I hope you move out of our neighborhood as quickly as possible.
