O'Flaherty's made its
debut last evening at 55 Avenue C... and EVG contributor Stacie Joy was on hand...
This is the first gallery by artist-curator
Jamian Juliano-Villani, who opened the space with a show titled "Dingle does O'Flaherty's" ... which featured the work of the L.A.-based
Dingle (
seen below in a quiet moment with Juliano-Villani)...
The show, up through December, spans 50 years of Dingle's career... including these "psycho-tods," which the gallery described as "a fucked up form of anti-everything nihilism or something along those lines."
... and the crowd...
The gallery is open Thursday through Saturday from noon to 7 p.m.
