there is a long story about that lot, the story has so many turns and twists. I wouldn't be the one for clear story-lines and detailed facts but IMO, for fun and relaxation, it would be well worth looking into the history of that lot, but with a long-term resident of the EV who is a "details person with a good memory"

We've done quite a few posts about it... a 6-story residential bldg was in the works there... will update next week!
