How do you post videos within your blog? I think you use Blogger, right? I can't figure out how to do it so it appears right in the post....help!

  3. My guess is 238-240 and 236 East 7th St. They have been for sale for a while. Had been listed with Tower Brokerage.

  4. Might be on 10th St. facing the park, a few doors west of the library. It's a building that faces the park, and the second building is one of those odd, mid-block structures that are wedged between 10th and 11th, in what would otherwise be the backyard.

To keep the building facing the park as 'liquid' as possible, they had a sign up offering summer rentals earlier. No messy leases or tenants to throw out if they could finally sell the place. It's been on the market for a while.

  5. Good guesses here. I don't know much about how Tower practices — would they post on Craigslist too?

10th Street is a good call, John. I think I did a post on the "summer rentals" sign. I'm sure the other residents were thrilled...

  6. I'm pretty sure this is the same 2 buildings for sale on 12th Street, part of the Westbrook deal. The description matches exactly, in fact you posted a listing a few months ago (sorry I'm too lazy to go searching for it).

If someone would loan me $14.9 million I'm sure I would make a very good landlord.
