
We almost thought that Verizon had given up on painting over the graffiti along East 13th Street at Second Avenue ... been nearly a year ... but workers did just paint over all the tags... and this arrived during the weekend...

Ha! Just leave the grafitti already. If you want a sterile environment move to Topeka.
I believe a property owner can be fined by the city if they don't make an effort to clean up graffiti.
I once moved to Topeka...apparently they moved me back.
