And at first glance, we thought Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer might be leading the crowd in xmas carols ... nope – she was just thanking the 9th Precinct...

I think this is a great program. It's important to teach children that the police are their friends.
I thought the police's duty was to protect and serve. This is going way above and beyond!
