Stella joins the other newer residential buildings nearby bearing a single name — The Adele and The Robyn.

The gas station was far more of a necessity and service provider in this neighborhood than this multi-colored piece of dreck could ever be.

ReplyDeleteOy. I live across the street from the STELLA building. It'll be 6 years in January that the fencing went up to begin this project. They had lots of issues with construction.
ReplyDeleteWe used to have lots of sunshine and great views of the sky. Oh well. After the metal awning went up last week revealing its name I've been hearing people screaming "Stella!!" as they walk past. More fun to come.
Lived in BLDG Mangement building in the Bronx and they were terrible. They treated the tenants terribly. And they did not live up to their name. Maybe they treat their tenants in new buildings differently.
