The Brooklyn-Queens-based five-piece 95 Bulls, led by vocalist Emily Ashenden, tore through a grimy collision of garage punk, post-punk and synth-wave in Tompkins Square Park yesterday afternoon as part of a free Show Brain lineup.

I'll be honest, I don't always love the noise in the park (and my dog hates it), but at the same time it always warms my heart to see younger people still out there playing this music in 2026.
