
Foundation work continues for the 9-story office building coming to East Houston between Forsyth and Eldridge at the site of the former Landmark Sunshine Theater.
And the rendering on the plywood continues to attract commentary...

Even if a soul-feeding theater has to be replaced by a soul-sucking office building, why didn't the developers realize the value of at least keeping -- maybe even building an architectural plan around -- the Sunshine's sunny, attractive facade?
