    Those car alarms are so annoying. Especially when they are going off for hours on end with no sign of the vehicle owner in sight. I called 911 and eventually the NYPD will come and issue the vehicle a summons for the alarm but other than that their is not much the police can do.

    Why would anyone steal the license plates off a car? Unless the car was already stolen?
