What the heck, let's step away from the neighborhood for a moment ... this has been making the rounds... From a Manhattan bound E or M train on Sunday.
Oh, sorry. All the police are ticketing women for eating donuts in nanny state parks or pulling over bicyclists for things that aren't illegal. Can't help ya.
why is it, in these brutal public scenes that end up on youtube, there's always a young person filming it (and making snarky comments) and an older person trying to stop it? (the old lady pounding on the door)
Would you have had the person filming it break the glass so s/he could get into the train? The person banging on the windows tried doing that but it didn't seem to have much effect. What an effort to stop it, from the other side of the door!
Oh, by the way, the video clearly shows two not-old people who are actually *inside* the train trying (somewhat) to break it up. Does that not fit with your preconceived narrative?
