Did not read the whole transcript but read the excerpts from the transcript. Does anyone have any stats on the number of people who have taken buyouts? And what the going rate is right now? I know one woman who is holding out for $2ook for 5 bedroom apt. and she can't figure why the landlord won't pay it.
Wow only a five day extension on rent regulations. That is much less than the one proposed which would go through to February. So next expiration is Tuesday night July 23rd.
