Looks like the scheduled bus stopping there caused an obstruction for the big rig. That asshole had to have hopped the sidewalk and knocked over a few of those big orange thimbles to accomplish his lazy, dangerous and stupid decision. Wonder why the driver thought what he was attempting was acceptable and normal?
All the NYPD has to do is have cops walking a beat or maybe even have them on bike patrol, which I haven't seen in ages. This scofflaw is a sitting duck/easy ticket
@ 10:39 - yes traffic infractions by trucks, cabs, cars should be ticketed appropriately, as also should e-bike, bicycles, hoverboards, skateboards etc... Why is it so necessary for people to choose sides?- there are specific laws to regulate almost everything - if your personal preference is to be selective because it suits your purposes, well that seems to be a widespread problem...

By all means, let's go after the e-bikes though. Our limousine liberal mayor is so totally focused on the major problems on our streets...
