As mentioned the
other day, the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is moving into a newly renovated space a few doors away along East Houston between Avenue A and Avenue B.
EVG correspondent Stacie Joy shared these photos yesterday of the FedExers' more modern-looking storefront...

The drop ceilling is stunning and speaks to the ravages of white rabbits for their fur. Powerful piece of art.
Looks smaller, is it ?
@8:08 - LOL, thank you for the morning laugh.
Kapri Cleaners also has a sign on its window that it's moving (back!) into one of these renovated storefronts on the other side of 250 E Houston. I can't remember if it's the same storefront they used to be in before they moved to this other section of 250, but they were definitely in one of those locations - that's why they moved!
After Fedex and Kapri move, the only occupied storefronts in the 1-story stretch of 250 will be the Subway and China Town restaurant.
Are they going to redevel the one story strip? Feels like that is what is coming
@Neighbor 5:34 PM - They're planning on redeveloping the block. The Red Square doorman told me they're building a new tower there and the FedEx woman told me they're demolishing the entire block. China Town & Subway are also supposedly moving
