Blank Street Coffee reopens on 1st Avenue and 13th Street

The green-fronted Blank Street outpost reopened on the NE corner of First Avenue at 13th Street.

This outpost of the V.C.-funded coffee chain closed to the public in May 2023 to become a "training + innovation lab."

With this return, the East Village is back up to two locations — joining the one on Avenue A between Ninth Street and 10th Street.

What great news! The coffee there always tastes so much better. Billionaire robber barons are so much better at brewing delicious coffee than the 100+ actual coffee shops in NYC.

It’s always heartbreaking to see 20 something’s sit in there, seemingly oblivious to what a cancer on society that place is.

Nothing better than VC backed coffee in the morning... and then you can get your morning bagel from the BODEGA(TM) startup while you're at it

I can think of a dozen more seriously cancerous things in life than a coffee shop.
