Nice to see that at least one chick (come on, what else are you gonna call an open-shirted, baring-it-all, blonde Barbie!) ain't afraid to celebrate the law passed a few years ago that says women can go topless if they so choose. Much easier on the eyes than some beer-bellied shirtless biker dude!
