Mysteries! Who shovels the sidewalk in front of the Mystery Lot?
Also, the blanket of snow brings the graffiti to life...
Long live the Mystery Lot!

Who shoveled the Mystery Lot? Why, it was the Lazarus statue himself. He raised the sidewalk underneath from its snowy death. It was a (post) Christmas Miracle! :D -H
the mystery lot (13-14 sts 2-1 ave) was city owned, used to be a play lot for the 13th street kids, leased by the then active block association. kids grew up and moved on. few kids there now. folks involved also moved on. few people now have any interest in continuing the hassle of the lot. don't think it was sold.
